  After being on the books for many years...its a nightmare trying to get an appointment. Then when you get one your spoken to so bluntly and with no respect by some young dr from somewhere in the balcan states i imagine....
  Disgraceful.

  I think this practice covers quite a large catchment area so has a high number of patients which does result in sometimes being difficult to get appointments but I've generally found that the staff will always try their best to accommodate you.All in all quite a good practice to be under.

  Currently ina queue for past 18mins, still can't get an appointment for my 2yrs old whilst being tortured by terrible music. It's been a week since she came out of hospital, and I was asked to bring her to the doctors the day after. No one cares, the advice was I could go to a walk in centre and wait the usual 3-4hours with my sick child. Wish I could give them -1 and get rid of the music, we have enough frustration trying get them never existing appointments and advice.
  
  Find somewhere else if you want help staying healthy and alive.
